Draped in the colour of celebration, this exquisite Pure Katan Silk Banarasi saree is a masterpiece of Banaras's living handloom tradition. The deep magenta (rani pink) ground is blanketed in an all-over jaal of trailing vines bearing large guldaudi (chrysanthemum) blooms — each flower rendered in luminous Sona Rupa zari, the rare gold-and-silver combination that gives this weave its signature dual-toned shimmer.

The wide border carries scrolling floral and leaf motifs in antique gold zari, framing the body with regal precision. The pallu unfolds into a grand ogee jaal — large kairi-shaped compartments filled with dense floral clusters — a design rooted in the classical Banarasi shikargah tradition, reimagined here in the warm glow of Sona Rupa.
